ONLINE MONTHLY YIN YOGA & MEDITATION CLASSES
FRIDAY EVENINGS – 6:30-8:00PM – £7
These classes are an opportunity to take time out to restore and recharge. Longer held yin poses and specific breathing & meditation techniques help to bring a sense of calm to body & mind, as well helping to balance internal organs and the flow of prana (energy) which leads to a more relaxed state of being.
