These sessions are an opportunity to receive bespoke support relevant to you. Here are some of the reasons you might find them helpful:

  • If you want to experience how yoga can help you strengthen your connection to your true self and explore spirituality.
  • If you are new to or returning to yoga and/or meditation and want to start a practice but are unsure where to begin.
  • If you have something in particular that you are struggling with that you feel would be helped by creating a deeper connection to yourself but would like some support in creating a practice that is relevant to where you are currently at.
  • If you are a seasoned practitioner but have lost your way or want to reconnect with or deepen your practice.

Your reason for wanting to work 1:1 with me doesn’t matter, your willingness to embrace the practices is what counts.  What I share in these sessions is from ancient yogic wisdom, modern movement research & practices, mental health aware yoga training and my personal experience. We can work together on all or some of the following:

  • Mindful movement for strength and mobility moving in ways that are appropriate for your body.
  • Practices to support mental and emotional well-being.
  • Nervous system resilience through breath work, movement and/or meditation.

Working one to one requires a certain kind of alchemy between both parties and in order for this work to benefit you there is a requirement to show up with integrity and openness, so I will need a certain amount of information from you beforehand to ensure I am the right teacher for you.

When & Where
Either in my workspace in Hucclecote, Gloucester or online. Sessions are available on Wednesday afternoons, Thursdays and Fridays. Evenings can be arranged and there will be some Saturday morning availability also but you may need to wait a little longer for these slots.

Investment & Time
£60 for the 60 minute session, which will be recorded and emailed for you to refer back to. I will also provide a brief written summary of the session with any additional relevant notes that will be helpful.

This will vary depending on your aims and hopes for the sessions. It might be a one off is enough to set you on your way for a while or it might be that regular sessions would be more beneficial (these could be, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or less frequent).
