Rest & Restore

Rest & Restore in invitation to create space for stillness and slowing down, an opportunity to pause and be with and fully in your body. Expect a combination of yin & restorative yoga, breath & meditation practices that have been created specifically to support your nervous system & invite your body to rest deeply & restore from the inside out.

Rest & Restore is held online via zoom so all you need to do is be ready to begin in your comfiest clothes with some support available for your body in the form of cushions/pillows and blankets. Yoga blocks/bolsters/straps can also be helpful but aren’t essential. An additional blanket or something to cover your body with and perhaps an eye pillow, if you have one, would be nice for use either during or towards the end of the session.
