REST & RESTORE
This gathering is an opportunity to create space for stillness and slowing down with yin and restorative yoga designed to gently unravel tension from your body, soothe your nervous system, and replenish your energy from the inside out.
These practices are not just lying down, through longer-held, supported postures, breath, and meditation this type of practice works deep into the body’s connective tissues and energy pathways, creating space, release, and restoration.
During the autumn and winter months these sessions will be lit by fairy lights and candle light and will conclude with a warm drink, leaving you nourished, grounded, and ready for the week ahead.
What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothes and bring another layer or two. You will also need a yoga mat and some support available for your body in the form of yoga blocks, 2 cushions or pillows and a blanket. MOVE & MEDITATE
Somatic Movement & Guided Meditation
Meditation can sometimes feel challenging when the body is restless or the mind is busy. This session offers a gradual way in, beginning with simple, embodied movement before transitioning into stillness.
We start with slow, somatic movement designed to bring attention into the body and explore sensation and breath. The movement is simple and accessible, drawing inspiration from yoga and embodied practices, and invites you to move in a way that feels supportive for you.
From there, the practice gradually shifts towards breath awareness and guided meditation techniques that support settling and presence.
The session concludes with a period of rest, giving space to pause, integrate and allow the practice to land. No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. You are welcome to come exactly as you are.
What to Bring
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable to move in and bring another layer or two for the still part of the session. If you have a yoga or pilates mat please bring it, plus a cushion and a blanket. I do have some yoga mats but not enough for a whole class.

EVENT BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking a space to attend an event you are confirming that you are in good physical and emotional health and able to engage with the various practices I share (please get in touch if you are unsure).
My practices have not been specifically designed for pregnant women and as such I would not recommend participating unless you have an existing yoga practice and the knowledge to adapt accordingly. It is entirely your personal responsibility to take good care of yourself when participating at my events and you do so entirely at your own risk.
Please note that refunds are not available for spaces that are booked but not attended.
