Weekly Yoga For All – Slow Flow, Strength & Rest
Nourishing, down-to-earth yoga classes designed to support strength, mobility and relaxation in a balanced, sustainable way. Each class combines slow, mindful movement with moments of stillness, breath awareness and time to properly rest. Some sessions will include gentle flowing sequences, while others may focus more on grounding postures, nervous system support and embodied awareness.
Classes are taught with clear guidance while encouraging you to listen to your body and practice in a way that works for you. Options are offered, making my classes suitable for beginners and those with more experience alike.
Expect a calm, welcoming atmosphere where you can move, breathe and unwind at your own pace.

Weekly Gentle Yoga for Women
A gentle, accessible class of movement breath and rest. This class offers a quiet space to slow down, move your body and take a pause from the pace of everyday life, with an emphasis on moving in a way that feels supportive for you. There is no right way to do it and nothing to get right or wrong.
Breath awareness is woven throughout, with options explore simple practices that support settling and presence and each session finishes with a period of rest and integration.
The class is suitable for women of all levels, including beginners. You don’t need any experience or special kit, just a yoga mat!

By booking a class, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and emotional health to participate. Please get in touch before booking if you are unsure.

Classes are not specifically designed for pregnancy. If you are pregnant and wish to attend, you should have an established yoga practice and be confident adapting as needed.
