I offer a range of nurturing, therapeutic treatments from my private treatment room in Gloucester, tailored to what your body needs on the day.

Whether you’re looking for deeper work on areas of tension, a soothing and relaxing massage, or simply some uninterrupted time to be cared for, treatments are adapted to you and your preferences.

Relaxation or Deep Tissue Massage

A bespoke massage treatment for either the whole or part of the body, depending on your needs.

I combine flowing, relaxing massage with deeper, more focused work where appropriate, helping to ease muscular tension while creating space to slow down, breathe and relax.

90 minutes – £85

Hot Stones Massage

A deeply soothing treatment using smooth, heated basalt stones alongside Swedish-style massage.

The warmth of the stones helps to soften muscular tension and encourages a deeper sense of relaxation. This treatment is particularly lovely if you’re looking for a comforting, nurturing massage, or if you enjoy the benefits of deeper tissue work but don’t necessarily enjoy very firm pressure.

Indian Head Massage

A wonderfully relaxing treatment using traditional massage techniques to release tension around the head, neck, shoulders and face.

The treatment can be adapted according to your preferences and may include massage of the upper chest and face. It can be offered with or without oil on the hair, depending on what you prefer.

Pregnancy Massage

A nurturing treatment designed to help ease some of the physical discomforts that can arise during pregnancy, while providing a chance to simply relax and feel cared for.

Your body will be fully supported throughout the treatment to ensure you are as comfortable as possible, with the massage adapted to your stage of pregnancy and individual needs.

90 minutes – £85

Holistic Facial

A deeply nurturing facial treatment combining Neal’s Yard products with facial massage and gentle, therapeutic techniques.

The treatment is tailored to your skin and preferences, creating a relaxing experience that gives you the opportunity to slow down, switch off and enjoy some lovely time being cared for.

60 minutes – £65

Shorter Treatments

30-minute treatments are available for returning clients and are ideal for focused work on a particular area of tension.

30 minutes – £35
30-minute Hot Stones – £40

Please note that 30-minute treatments aren’t available for first appointments.

Treatment booking and cancellation policy
*For all first time appointments a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, payable by bank transfer.
*Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged at 50% of the treatment price. *Appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the appointment time, or where the client does not attend, are charged in full.
*All 50% or full treatment cost charges must be paid before another appointment can be made.
