Yoga Classes

Weekly Yoga – Slow Flow, Strength & Rest

Nourishing, down-to-earth yoga classes designed to support strength, mobility and relaxation in a balanced, sustainable way.  Each class combines slow, mindful movement with moments of stillness, breath awareness and time to properly rest.  Some sessions will include gentle flowing sequences, while others may focus more on grounding postures, nervous system support and embodied awareness.

Classes are taught with clear guidance while encouraging you to listen to your body and practice in a way that works for you. Options are offered, making my classes suitable for beginners and those with more experience alike.

Expect a calm, welcoming atmosphere where you can move, breathe and unwind at your own pace.

Mondays 6:30-7:30pm
Occasional Saturdays 9:00-10:00am (upcoming Saturday dates are shown on booking link below)
£8 per class

COTERIE STUDIO, MORETON VALANCE
Thursdays 6:30–7:30pm
£12 per class
£60 for 6 class pass (£10 per class)

Class Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Spaces must be booked online in advance using the link above.

  • By booking a class, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and emotional health to participate. Please get in touch before booking if you are unsure.

  • Classes are not specifically designed for pregnancy. If you are pregnant and wish to attend, you should have an established yoga practice and be confident adapting as needed.

  • You are responsible for taking care of your body during class and participate at your own risk.

  • Refunds are not available for booked spaces that are not attended.
