I am a yoga teacher passionate about mindful movement, breathing and meditation practices that support you in maintaining & deepening your connection to you! I wholeheartedly believe in the wisdom of yoga as a self awareness practice and I would love to support and guide you whatever your previous experience may be. I also believe that yoga should be a sustainable practice which should be utilised in daily life, not just on a mat. My mantra is move, breathe, rest as I believe these are the key elements to impacting our energy positively to maintain and enhance our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

I am fortunate to have studied with and be a part of 2 wonderful teaching communities HEART & BONES YOGA AND MENTAL HEALTH AWARE YOGA. Whilst I am to be as inclusive as possible I am only trained to teach certain parts of the yoga practice to those who are fully able bodied so for those who aren’t I highly recommend connecting with Matthew Sanford
