For the times when your self-care needs to be outsourced I offer a variety of holistic body therapies from my treatment room in Gloucester. A mobile service is also available subject to additional travel costs, further information can be found below.

Relaxation or Deep Tissue Massage
A bespoke massage treatment for either the whole or part of the body, depending on your requirements. Gentle & smooth movements are used for a soothing and relaxing experience to ease tension and reset your energy.

Hot Stones Massage
Hot stone massage uses smooth heated basalt stones to provide warmth, promote relaxation and aid tension release.  I integrate the stones with Swedish style massage which enhances the benefits of the warmth & invites deeper relaxation. This treatment suits those who feel in need of a soothing & comforting massage experience and is also ideal for anyone who would benefit from deep tissue stimulation but either doesn’t enjoy firm pressure or is rehabilitating an injury that requires gentleness.

Indian Head Massage
A tension releasing treatment using ancient massage techniques that settle & soothe the nervous system, inviting a deeper sense of calm & relaxation. The massage also includes the shoulders, upper chest and face, depending on your preference and needs. This treatment is offered with or without the use of oil for the head as not everyone loves being left with oily hair!
60 minutes – £55
90 minutes – £80

Pregnancy Massage
A treatment that can help to ease some of the bodily discomforts sometimes experienced during pregnancy or for the simple pleasure of feeling taken care of and relaxed whilst your body is working hard. Your body will be fully supported during the treatment to ensure the utmost comfort for you and your growing bump.

Holistic Facial
A deeply nurturing treatment that supports your skin and your whole self. Using Neals Yard products and a blend of intuitive, therapeutic techniques, this treatment restores radiance from the inside out. Includes facial massage and gentle energy balancing and tailored to meet your skin’s unique needs and your body’s deeper rhythms.
60 minutes – £60

Treatment Times & Mobile Service
All massage treatments can also be offered for 30 minutes unless it is your first appointment. 30 minute treatments are £30 or £35 for hot stones.
Mobile service is subject to a minimum of 60 minutes and an additional £10 to the above treatment charges providing your location is within 30 minutes of my home.

Treatment booking and cancellation policy
*For all first time appointments a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, payable by bank transfer.
*Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment price.
*Any missed appointments will be charged in full.
*All 50% or full treatment cost charges must be paid before another appointment can be made.
